Standard unit
The standard unit is widely used in general places where the machine room is installed. The unit is mainly composed of diesel engine, generator, control system, engine base, damping device, cooling system, fuel supply system, and output protection switch etc.
Sound- proof unit
Sound- proof unit is widely used in outdoor or indoor places with special requirements for environmental protection. It is mainly composed of standard unit, sound proof cover, air inlet and exhaust noise reduction device, exhaust noise reduction device, etc. its main features are that sound proof cover is equipped with sound-proof and absorption layer, air inlet; exhaust channel is used for noise reduction and industrial and residential muffler for exhaust to reduce the noise in the high and low frequencies. The noise of standard sound- proof unit is generally 78-85db (a), and that of super sound proof unit is generally 70-78db (a). Based on the standard sound- proof unit, the super sound proof unit adopts more strict control measures for noise emission, such as the design of labyrinth air inlet and exhaust channel.
Protective unit
The protective unit shall be used in outdoor places without special requirements for noise. It is mainly composed of standard unit, protective cover, smoke exhaust system, etc. Because the protective cover is not equipped with noise reduction device, as long as it meets the ventilation and rainproof and snow-proof conditions, it has a small volume and low cost. Open doors and windows for ventilation when the unit is running. The protective power station can be used in single or multiple parallel connection, which is especially suitable for occasions with large load change, high reliability requirements for continuous operation and low cost and economic use, such as matching oil field drilling rig.
Open pit power station
Low noise shelter power station and container power station are generally used in outdoor places with special requirements for environmental protection, which can be directly placed in the outdoor use, saving the construction of machine rooms, and has the characteristics of strong mobility and short service life.
