1. Frost crack. This is the most easily damaged diesel engine in winter. The cracks in the body can only be repaired by cold welding at the parts that are not stressed. First, crack stop holes shall be drilled at both ends of the crack, then several iron nails shall be planted along the crack, and then several plates shall be repaired perpendicular to the direction of the crack, and low-carbon steel electrode shall be used to weld the crack and the repair plate firmly. Pay attention to use a small hammer to tap the weld while welding, and then use flame to correct after all welding.
2. The bearing holes of the upper and lower balance shaft ends 205 are worn. This situation must be repaired immediately. When the bearing hole is slightly worn, it can be repaired by enlarging the 205 bearing outer circle. Use oxygen welding on the outer ring of the bearing to fix the symmetrical point of the steel wire at a small point, use a file to correct it, and then press it into the bearing hole for use. Another method is to make a large flat pad with an inner hole of 50mm with a 2mm thick iron plate, make three wire holes on the flat pad and the body, and fix them with flat head screws. When the bearing hole is seriously worn, the original hole insert sleeve can be bored, and three small wire holes can be made at the junction of the inserted bushing and the body, and fixed with screws.
3. The cylinder head bolt hole is slipping or damaged. This situation is caused by excessive force or cylinder tamping when tightening the cylinder head nut. If it is individual thread hole, the thread can be changed again and a cylinder head bolt matching the thread hole can be processed. If the wire hole is damaged or more than one wire hole is slippery, it cannot be repaired.
4. Trachoma. First enlarge the hole with a wire tap, and then plug it with aluminum wire, or plug it with spot welding.
